هذه السياسة صادرة عن مؤسسة بادر وساند لتكنولوجيا المعلومات (Badir & Sanid for Information Technology)، المعروفة تجارياً باسم BadirTech، وتُطبَّق على جميع خدماتها ومنصاتها الرقمية بما فيها منتج ساند. نحن نؤكد التزامنا بعدم جمع أي كلمات مقرر خاصة بك، كما أن الموقع لا يستخدم تقنيات البصمة الرقمية للأجهزة (Device Fingerprinting). We confirm that we never collect your passwords, and the website does not use Device Fingerprinting technologies.

عند إرسال النماذج عبر موقعنا، يتم نقل كافة البيانات المدخلة مباشرة إلى البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي للمؤسسة (info@badirtech.com) عن طريق بروتوكول نقل البريد البسيط (SMTP). لا يتم تخزين هذه النماذج أو البيانات الشخصية في أي قاعدة بيانات تابعة للموقع الإلكتروني، حيث تقتصر المعالجة على توجيهها للقسم المختص عبر البريد الإلكتروني للرد على طلباتكم. When submitting forms via our website, all entered data is transmitted directly to our official corporate email (info@badirtech.com) using the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). These forms and personal data are not stored in any database associated with the website; processing is strictly limited to routing them via email to the appropriate department to respond to your requests.

يعمل مساعد ساند الذكي (Sanid AI) على معالجة الأسئلة والاستفسارات الضريبية والقانونية. عندما تقوم بطرح سؤال، يتم البحث أولاً في مكتبة القوانين الأردنية المحلية المرفوعة على الخادم. إذا لم يتوفر الجواب محلياً، يتم تحويل السؤال كطلب خادم-إلى-خادم (Server-to-Server) آمن إلى خادم الذكاء الاصطناعي DeepSeek لمعالجته. لا يتم إرسال أي من بياناتك الشخصية للطرف الثالث، كما يتم تفعيل جدار حماية لمنع تسريب أي معلومات حساسة. The Sanid AI Assistant processes tax and legal inquiries. When you ask a question, the system searches the local Jordanian legal library uploaded to the server first. If no answer is found locally, the question is routed as a secure Server-to-Server request to the DeepSeek API for processing. None of your personal data is shared with the third party, and security firewalls are in place to prevent leaks of any sensitive data.
