شروط الاستخدام Terms of Use

هذه الشروط صادرة عن مؤسسة بادر وساند لتكنولوجيا المعلومات (Badir & Sanid for Information Technology)، المعروفة تجارياً باسم BadirTech، وتُطبَّق على جميع خدماتها ومنصاتها الرقمية بما فيها منتج ساند. These terms are issued by Badir & Sanid for Information Technology, commercially known as BadirTech, and apply to all of its services and digital platforms, including the Sanid product.

1. قبول الشروط وتعديلات الموقع 1. Acceptance & Website Modifications

بدخولك واستخدامك لهذا الموقع الإلكتروني، فإنك تقر وتوافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام الحالية. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام الموقع فوراً. By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website immediately.

All materials and information published on this website (including texts, designs, logos, icons, software, and source code) are the exclusive intellectual property of Badir & Sanid for Information Technology and are protected under Jordanian and international intellectual property and trademark laws. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any part of this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. الاستخدام المقبول 3. Acceptable Use

يوافق المستخدم على استخدام الموقع الإلكتروني للأغراض القانونية فقط. يُحظر صراحة القيام بما يلي: The user agrees to use the website strictly for lawful purposes. The following actions are explicitly prohibited:

• محاولة فك تشفير أو الهندسة العكسية لأي من البرمجيات أو العروض التجريبية المتوفرة على الموقع. Attempting to reverse engineer or decrypt any software or demonstrations available on the website.
• استخدام أي أدوات برمجية مؤتمتة (مثل الروبوتات أو برامج التجميع) لكشط أو استخراج البيانات من الموقع أو من قاعدة بيانات المساعد الذكي. Using automated software tools (such as robots or scrapers) to extract data from the website or the smart assistant database.
• إغراق أو إساءة استخدام نماذج الاتصال والدعم الفني برسائل عشوائية أو تذاكر وهمية (Spamming). Spamming or abusing contact and technical support forms with bulk messages or fake tickets.

4. العروض التوضيحية والنسخ التجريبية 4. Software Demos & Trial Software

عندما تطلب نسخة تجريبية لبرمجياتنا (مثل نظام ساند للمبيعات الميدانية)، فإن هذه النسخة توفر لك صلاحية وصول محدودة ومؤقتة (بشكل قياسي لمدة 7 أيام) لأغراض الاستكشاف والتقييم الداخلي فقط. لا تمنحك هذه التجربة أي حقوق تجارية دائمة، ويُحظر استخدام النسخة التجريبية في العمليات التجارية الحية أو إدخال سجلات قانونية حقيقية إلا بعد ترخيصها رسمياً من بادر وساند. When requesting a software trial (such as the Sanid Field Sales System), the trial provides limited, temporary access (typically 7 days) solely for exploration and internal evaluation. The trial does not grant permanent commercial rights, and using the trial system for live business operations or official records is prohibited until officially licensed by Badir & Sanid.

5. إخلاء مسؤولية المساعد الذكي "ساند" 5. Sanid AI Assistant Disclaimer

يقدم مساعد ساند الذكي (Sanid AI) استشارات ومساعدات إعلامية استرشادية فقط. إن الإجابات والردود القانونية والضريبية والمنتجات التي يولدها المساعد الذكي لا تشكل ولا تغني بأي حال من الأحوال عن الاستشارة المحاسبية، أو الضريبية، أو القانونية المعتمدة والمهنية من مستشارينا الماليين أو من الجهات الحكومية الرسمية. يظل المستخدم مسؤولاً بالكامل عن مراجعة وتدقيق أي قرارات استراتيجية أو مالية أو إقرارات ضريبية مع المستشارين المؤهلين والسلطات المختصة (مثل دائرة ضريبة الدخل والمبيعات الأردنية) قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء بناءً عليها. The Sanid AI Assistant provides informational and advisory assistance only. The answers regarding legal, tax, or product details generated by the AI assistant do not constitute and cannot replace professional, certified accounting, tax, or legal advice from our consultants or official governmental bodies. Users remain fully responsible for verifying any strategic, financial, or tax filing decisions with qualified professionals and official authorities (such as the Jordanian Income and Sales Tax Department) before taking action based upon them.

6. تحديد المسؤولية 6. Limitation of Liability

تُقدم المعلومات والخدمات على هذا الموقع الإلكتروني "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا تتحمل مؤسسة بادر وساند المسؤولية عن أي خسائر مباشرة، أو غير مباشرة، أو أضرار تنجم عن استخدام أو عدم القدرة على استخدام هذا الموقع أو محتواه. The information and services on this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Badir & Sanid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or its contents.

7. القانون الحاكم والنزاعات 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

تخضع شروط الاستخدام هذه وتفسر وفقاً للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. وتختص محاكم عمان (وسط البلد) حصرياً بالنظر في أي نزاع قد ينشأ عن استخدام هذا الموقع. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman (Downtown) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of the use of this website.
